Often as I am sure you yourself have experienced, training courses are full of filler with little real meat, in reality a waste of a company’s money and the delegate’s time, but this was certainly not the case with the Export Sales Certificate course.  It was interesting for me to note that even the experienced export people on the course were learning something new all day long, yet I who had no experience of exports at all was able to keep pace due to the well thought out structure of the course.  The quality of the course, the written materials provided and indeed the trainers were all of the highest standard.

I would just like to let you know that I found the Export Sales Certificate an extremely worthwhile course. The format and content were spot on for my needs and I now have a far better perspective of export sales. Although my current employer is deeply involved with export sales and we are represented around the world by over 30 agents and representatives, there are a number of areas for improvement that the course made me aware of. It seems that the company have plodded on with export sales and the minor profits we make are not down to our activity in the right areas although most of our time is never spent at home.

I strongly  recommend the  Export Sales Certificate. I thought the course content struck a perfect balance to those delegates who had little or no sales experience as well as those who had already sold overseas.  The course was extremely well presented and the final negotiation was very realistic – (nerve wracking). SS – Sarclad International.
